PROCESS
On the wedding day, Pollyana will arrive at the reception an hour or so early to set up her easel and begin sketching out a loose composition of the space before the guests arrive. During the reception she will paint the entire atmosphere and most importantly, the bride and groom’s first dance. The guests will watch the watercolor painting come to life, and by the end of the night the bride and groom will have a almost completed painting of their special day. No later than one month following the wedding date the couple will receive the fully finished piece with the certificate of authenticity. This does not include any requests by client for further details or enhancements.

PRICE & SIZE
Pricing begins at $750 (Discount for 2022 weddings)
Session Fees/Retainer: A retainer of 50% down & signed contract are required to reserve your event date and is non-refundable.
Painted on a 11x16 High Quality Archival Watercolor Paper with a embossed certificate of authenticity.
Travel Fees
50 cents per mile for traveling fee after the first 50 miles
Over two hours traveling require one-night lodging compensation
Over four hours traveling require two-night lodging compensation
If travel exceeds over four hour drive airfare is required
Extra travel costs may include airfare, lodging for two nights
Additional Details
• The day of I will require a vendor meal
• The total cost will be divided into two installments
The first deposit (50% of total cost) has to be paid upon signing the contract in order to reserve the date. The remaining balance paid a week before wedding.
